New, high-tech, light reflective pearls in a creamy soft, full-color eye powder make our Wet Diamond Eyeshadow unlike any other eye product available. -When applied dry, it spreads a sheer veil of dazzling, diamond sparkle color over the eyelids. -When used wet, it goes on like a shimmering cream that lasts for hours without creasing. -Perfect when used alone or in combination with a trio eyeshadow for added playfulness. -Suitable for all eyes with a youthful attitude.

Application:
Using VL Brush #22, dust Wet Diamond Powder over your entire eyelid or over your trio eyeshadow application, concentrating on the brow bone and inner corners of the eyelid, as easy way to take your look from day to night. To apply wet, squeeze a pea size drop of Water Canvas Base onto the back of your hand. Dip VL Brush #14 or #18 (for upper and lower lid application) or VL Brush #33 (for outer corner and lashline application) into Wet Diamond powder and mix the powder into the Water Canvas Base. Dab and brush the cream powder onto your eyelids.

Evening eyes – here I come!! For a radiant iridescent shimmer, this eye shadow is the perfect combination of bright colors and sparkle. I love using it with a wet brush to create extra evening drama. Although used dry, it can give you the most fun sparkle too, just not as dramatic. Try it both ways, play and have fun with it!! Change it up any way you like! So fabulous! Don’t forget to apply lots of eyeliner too!!
